""Jump, shoot and score"" with your friends every Wednesday and challenge other London teams to friendly games during the year.

The sessions are composed as follows: a warm-up with fun games, a part with specific workshops (shooting, passing, dribbling, etc.) and we generally end up with small games. The sessions are suitable for all levels.

This is a very fun team sport, and a great way to improve hand-ball coordination. The session includes lots of different activities and a match at the end. This sport was created in 1919 and became an Olympic Sport in 1936, and then again in 1972. Handball is France’s 3rd biggest team sport.
