Karate

Warren de Reuck has been teaching karate for over ten years. He has a black belt in karate, a brown belt in Judo and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He represented South Africa in a karate world tournament in Okinawa, Japan in 1997. He became three times champion in the British Institute of Karate when moving to London. He also fights in professional martial arts competitions.

The style of karate taught is Shorin-ryu Kyudokan, a traditional Okinawan style mixing a concept of defending and protecting the body, respect and discipline. The children will be taught some of the 22 Katas (training exercise).
