By the end of sessions, children learn the basic yoga postures and will gain the benefits of yoga practices. Yoga increases general health, fitness levels, flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Also, Yoga helps children to calm their emotions, release anxiety, and encourage concentration, positive thinking and confidence.
