School’s Directory
Every year, the APEEF publishes the school's families directory - precious tool that not only contains very useful information about APEEF members, school staff and school activities, but also allows us all to keep in touch, to organise playdates, birthday parties for our children, etc. This is an internal document, distributed only to the families of the school and in no case outside of this framework. It is therefore not used for commercial purposes.
Fundraising
Sponsors are advertising in the directory. These funds are financing the printing of this booklet and any extra money raised goes to the central APEEF funds supporting activities or equipment for our children at school.
Volunteer Team
We need a team of 4-5 volunteers to create and publish the directory.
Looking for sponsors to take advertising space in the directory
Liaising with the school to get updated list of parents
Ensuring GDPR compliance by checking parents agree to appear in the directory
Updating information pages, contact details, formatting of the document
Getting in touch with the printer for the quote and then printing + delivery
Time commitment: between 1 and 2 hours per week during 5-6 weeks in September and October. Tasks are split between all team members
